High impact weather events: from November 28 to December 4, 2025, abnormally cold weather (minimum temperatures down to -55 degrees) is expected in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region, Khakassia and Tyva.

Significant anomalies: from November 28 to December 4, 2025, positive temperature anomalies (up to +6..+10 degrees) are expected in the Central, Northwestern, Southern, North Caucasian, Volga, Ural Federal Districts, as well as in the west of the Siberian Federal District, in the center of the Far Eastern Federal District and in the north of Kazakhstan.
