There is a new section on the NEACC website with an archive of circulation index forecasts based on the SL-AV model: https://seakc.meteoinfo.ru/en/archive-of-circulation-indices. The archive currently contains 4-month forecasts of the EA, WA, EU, WP, PNA, NAO, POL, SHI, and AOS indices for 2024 and 2025.
