High impact weather events: negative temperature anomalies (up to -8 degrees Celsius) are expected in the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation, in the south of the Siberian Federal District of the Russian Federation, in the countries of Transcaucasia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Significant anomalies: positive temperature anomalies are expected in the north of the Sakha Republic.
